Cold E Thursday

Well, Scary calls me Cold Enigma so I guess Thursday’s a good day for me since it’s sort of an enigma too…it’s not a crappy Monday, it’s not a hump day and it’s not fun like Friday or Saturday. WHAT THE HECK IS THURSDAY? Kinda like me: a little weird, but fun and also somewhat funky!

WHICH STATEMENT BELOW ABOUT COLD E IS FALSE? (Only one is false. All others are TRUE).

1) She wishes she could be a stripper (of underwear, not paint)

2) She secretly wants to be a race car driver (as in NASCAR)

3) She secretly wants to be a world renowned graffiti artist

4) She once slept in the bushes around Harry Hines at age 9

5) She eats liver and onions and sardines

6) She got lost in Switzerland

Hump Day with Tay Tay

Howdy. Reporting live from El Centro campus in downtown D. THANK GOD this week is almost over, although I’m realizing that means nothing for me… my typical tipsy saturday brunch has been replaced with …. (DUN DUN DUNNNNN….) school! I am tempted to suggest moving the THREE HOUR English Composition class to a better venue… preferably one serving mimosas. Its currently pouring buckets of rain and I have the great opportunity to sit here for a minute in between classes and sit outside (under cover of course ) and say hello to you, blogosphere friends.

I hope this rain ruins The Good Guys shoot if their out and about today… just as much as their sitcom shooting ruins me being ANYWHERE in downtown on time. Just what television needs, another show about cops… and in Dallas.

Tonight the Bang Bangs are doing some shooting of our own, a photo shoot! I promise to try to put a smile on my face as I haul ass from a 10hr day at school (for those that didn’t know, this Bang Bang went back to college this yr.. 5yrs overdue), on my first day of “shark week”, feeling like a crampy, bloated cow, having woken up on the complete wrong side of the bed… I will smile.

Time to run to Government…. I am fairly certain this class thinks I don’t bathe… I come straight from 6hrs of art class covered in charcoal and graphite, smudges galore. Eff em’. For all they know (and you as well) I may not bathe at all….

SCARY TUESDAY!!!!

yes, it’s my day to post…and i dont use capitol letters, punctuation or grammar correctly….

i started a new job today at a restaurant called Anejo’s. it’s a tex-mex tequila bar…gotta say the food is outstanding! they actually have 2 master chefs in the kitchen. it’s located in North Richland Hills Texas, so if any of you guys wanna come and hang, i will be there during the day time.

so, the trials and tribulations of having a band that means everything to you and also having a mortage to pay…it’s a constant mind battle of justifications, adding and subtracting and also stepping out on a ledge and having blind faith, to a certain extent. what im saying is, i could go corporate (don’t really know doing what because i would probably punch someone in the face on my first day) and have the structured life of a beautiful house, a nice big 401k, cool car and not worry about how to pay the next bill that comes in, BUT I JUST CANT DO IT RIGHT NOW!!! i BELIEVE in this band sooo much that i will smile when people have drank their 5th glass of water and left a $1.oo tip while i am adding in my head how much i actually need to pay that walmart credit card by the 4th, or i may not be able to get my roots done for 6 months and actually look like one of the people in THE PEOPLE OF WALMART….thats okay with me…i make it work, because my real work, the work i am so in love with is with Scary Cherry and the Bang Bangs. i am blessed to belong to such a talented awesome group of people, and be able to meet so many cool people who are like my family. i dont really have a family anymore. i have a brother who has HIS (yes they are my family and i love them with everything i am) family, so the bang bang family that consist of the band and all our AMAZING friends is my wonderful family THAT KEEPS GROWING!!! MY GOD CHRISTMAS IS GONNA BE EXPENSIVE!!!!!

SO thank you all for being a part of my family, you make a life that so many people would frown upon an AMAZING gift!!!
